Janelle tapes the grey basalt fines in the 6-South ditch and finds the county closed its bank-reset ticket right on top of them. She files one blank week as a void sample, follows the grey to a township culvert cleanout and a spoil pile slated for road shoulders, and gets the hours board to file a second week as off-field loss, which sends a tonnage query to the carbon vintage. Both squares pay zero, and the vintage gets thirty days to answer while the clinic bills on the fifteenth.
